Privacy Policy

Future Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates mobile applications built and maintained on behalf of our clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use any mobile application developed and hosted by Future Labs LLC.

By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information depending on the features of each app:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register or log in to an app. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
• Profile information: Any additional profile details you voluntarily provide such as phone number, profile photo, or business name.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and IP address used to operate and secure the app.
• Push notification token: A device token generated by Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM) that allows us to send you notifications. This token does not identify you personally and is used solely to deliver notifications.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the app, including screens visited, features used, session duration, and crash reports. This data is collected through Firebase Analytics and used only to improve app performance.
• Content you provide: Any information you voluntarily submit through the app such as contact forms, orders, messages, or reviews.
• Transaction data: If the app includes purchases or payments, we collect transaction details necessary to process and fulfill those transactions. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
• Location data: Only if you explicitly grant permission and the app requires it for functionality. You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
• Operate and maintain the app and its features
• Send push notifications you have explicitly opted into, including promotions, product updates, and announcements from the app's business owner
• Process transactions and send related confirmations
• Improve app performance and user experience using anonymized analytics
• Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents or fraudulent activity
• Respond to support requests or inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Push Notifications

If you grant permission, the app may send you push notifications. Before enabling push notifications, the app will display a clear permission prompt explaining the types of notifications you will receive, including promotional content. You must explicitly approve this permission.

Push notifications may include promotions, new products, event announcements, or other updates sent on behalf of the app's business owner.

You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Notifications → [App Name] → Allow Notifications (toggle off)
• Android: Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Notifications (toggle off)

Opting out of push notifications does not affect your ability to use any other feature of the app.

4. Account Deletion

If the app includes account creation, you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app. You can find the account deletion option in the app's Settings screen under Account Settings.

When you delete your account:

• Your profile information, account credentials, and personal data are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days
• Your push notification token is revoked and you will no longer receive notifications
• Any content you have submitted through the app is deleted unless retention is required by law
• This action is irreversible — deleted accounts cannot be recovered

If you cannot access the in-app deletion option, you may also request account deletion by contacting us at mario@futurelabs.llc. We will process your request within 30 days.

5. Firebase and Google Services

Our apps use Firebase, a platform provided by Google LLC, for backend infrastructure including database storage, user authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and push notification delivery. Firebase operates as a data processor on our behalf and may collect certain technical data as part of its operation.

Firebase services used may include: Firestore (database), Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

6. Payment Processing

If an app includes payment functionality, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card details on our servers. All payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Firebase servers operated by Google LLC, located in the United States. We implement the following security measures to protect your information:

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS on all connections
• Encrypted password storage — passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Firebase Security Rules to restrict unauthorized database access
• Firebase Authentication for secure identity management
• Regular monitoring of infrastructure for unusual activity

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the app's services or as required by law. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
• Usage and analytics data is retained for up to 14 months per Firebase's default retention settings
• Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Deleted account data is removed from active systems within 30 days of deletion

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at mario@futurelabs.llc and we will promptly delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (also available in-app)
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Opt-out: Opt out of push notifications through your device settings at any time
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our apps may integrate with or contain links to third-party services including Google (Firebase), Stripe (payments), Apple (APNs), and Google (FCM). These third parties have their own privacy policies and data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our apps.

12. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

Our apps do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for cross-app tracking. Firebase Analytics data collected in our apps is used solely to improve app performance and is not shared with advertising networks.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide notice through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
