Future Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates mobile applications built and maintained on behalf of our clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use any mobile application developed and hosted by Future Labs LLC.
By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

If you grant permission, the app may send you push notifications. Before enabling push notifications, the app will display a clear permission prompt explaining the types of notifications you will receive, including promotional content. You must explicitly approve this permission.
Push notifications may include promotions, new products, event announcements, or other updates sent on behalf of the app's business owner.

If the app includes account creation, you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app. You can find the account deletion option in the app's Settings screen under Account Settings.

Our apps use Firebase, a platform provided by Google LLC, for backend infrastructure including database storage, user authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and push notification delivery. Firebase operates as a data processor on our behalf and may collect certain technical data as part of its operation.
Firebase services used may include: Firestore (database), Firebase Authentication, Firebase Storage, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

If an app includes payment functionality, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card details on our servers. All payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections.

Your data is stored securely on Firebase servers operated by Google LLC, located in the United States. We implement the following security measures to protect your information:
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the app's services or as required by law. Specifically:
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at mario@futurelabs.llc and we will promptly delete it.

Our apps may integrate with or contain links to third-party services including Google (Firebase), Stripe (payments), Apple (APNs), and Google (FCM). These third parties have their own privacy policies and data practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our apps.
Our apps do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for cross-app tracking. Firebase Analytics data collected in our apps is used solely to improve app performance and is not shared with advertising networks.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide notice through the app or by email.
